Noory Engineering Inc. is a one stop engineering and design firm serving the Atlantic Provinces and Ontario. We specialize in providing engineering consulting services in: Architectural Services, Structural, Foundation, Construction, Civil, Project Management, and Contract Administration.
Structural and foundation engineering services include structural evaluation, analysis, design, inspection, gravity and seismic design of new structures and retrofitting of existing structures. Our expertise ranges from the design of bridges, buildings, industrial, infrastructure, and municipal structures to working in Design Build and P3 contracts that demand fast track, efficient, and value engineered designs. We also provide research services with a mandate to narrow the gap between research and practical engineering.
Through our sister company, GIY Architecture Inc., we provide architectural design solutions that integrate sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic excellence. Our architectural services focus on urban planning, sustainable design, and building science to create innovative and environmentally responsible spaces. By
working in close collaboration with structural engineers, contractors, and developers, we ensure that architectural concepts align seamlessly with engineering principles for efficient and visually compelling outcomes.
In addition to engineering and design services, Noory Engineering Inc. offers comprehensive construction management solutions to oversee projects from inception to completion. Our team brings extensive experience in coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution. We work closely with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to mitigate risks, improve efficiency, and deliver high
quality results. With our Gold Seal construction certification by the Canadian Construction Association, we uphold the highest industry standards in project execution and delivery.
Design is carried out by a team of structural engineers and the Principal, M. Ishaque Noory, P.Eng, and PhD Researcher, in coordination with our firms and team of architects at GIY Architecture Inc. and GIY Construction Inc. Our objective is to provide fast, high quality, innovative, and cost effective solutions using the latest analytical and design tools. We have experience working and coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, developers, suppliers, and contractors, as well as research institutions, to achieve this. Our team taps into our experience as a builder, general contractor, and engineer on various projects. We work with architects, developers, and various trades to achieve the desired outcome.
